New Beginnings

I have to say that I am quite thankful for the team that seems to have been built up around me at this time. I am working with 2 very talented people right now knocking out some killer portfolio work. Samantha Lane is a MAC Pro makeup artist that I was lucky enough to run into on here and we have been collaborating for about a month now. My close friend Victoria Cariello has been coming in to handle hair the last few weeks and has really added something into the images with her work. Both girls are exceptional at what they do and together we have been knocking out some stellar portfolio work. At least that's my humble opinion. What do you think?

Welcome to the life of tbphotographic. My name is Tom Blakely and I'm a photographer in Chicago. I start this blog as I begin a new chapter in my professional career. My new website is just launched and I am settling into my new studio space. I have a fantastic team of people that I work with and there will be some beautiful images coming your way soon enough that show the true scope of my visions.

I will be using this blog to share my work, discuss shoots, to get your opinions on specific images or editing techniques, and to spout off occasionally about something that annoys or worries me in this industry.
